Share capital structure.
The nominal value of the shares amounts to 22 UAH per share.The owners of Company’s ordinary inscribed shares are 108 shareholders, among which are 20 legal entities (86,03%) and 88 natural persons (13,97%).
 
Company is a member of:
  • the League of Insurance Organizations of Ukraine;
  • the Nuclear Insurance Pool of Ukraine;
  • the Ukrainian Medical Insurance Bureau;
  • the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry;
